Before shipment
Confirm the delivery address, contact number, receiving capability and quoted shipping terms before payment. Engines, transmissions and other large components may require commercial freight delivery or special arrangements.
Freight deliveries
The recipient should be available during the carrier's delivery window and provide any equipment required by the written quote. Residential service, liftgate service, redelivery and address changes may create additional carrier charges.
Inspect at delivery
Inspect the shipment and packaging before signing. Record visible damage or shortages on the carrier receipt, take photographs and contact the yard promptly. Keep packaging and shipping records until any issue is resolved.
Timing
Transit estimates are not guarantees. Weather, carrier capacity, location access, inspections and other conditions outside the yard's control can affect delivery.
